Our customer reached out to the team with an interest in viewing our Recycled Plastic dining sets. After discussing their needs, they visited our warehouse to explore options.
The customer had a clear vision for redesigning three specific areas: the front of the house, a field, and a courtyard within their holiday let area.
This project was based at Manor House in Quorn, providing us with a unique opportunity to assist in transforming these outdoor spaces.

We were faced with unforeseen challenges…
Upon arrival, we encountered some challenges with the patio area, which was still being jet-washed when our delivery team arrived. Although the overall access was favorable, allowing the delivery van to park close to the designated areas, one section presented a particular obstacle. A narrow gateway made it difficult to transport the furniture into the courtyard, limiting the space available to maneuver.
Our team quickly adapted to the situation. While waiting for the patio area to be cleaned, the installers carefully moved the goods into position, section by section. The narrow gateway posed a significant challenge, as only one table could fit through at a time. Our installers took great care in lifting the furniture, ensuring that no damage or breakage occurred while moving the pieces through the tight space.

We successfully delivered a large, bespoke order to the customer, who initially came in to view a sample. The customer was on-site throughout the delivery process, even taking on the task of jet-washing the area. They appreciated our team’s flexibility and ability to work around their schedule.
